こんにちは！店長のYokoです。
「伊豆のりまき」は、「本店・和（なごむ）」の2号店として、2026年5月1日にスタートしました。
10年の実績と信頼を重ねてきた「本店・和」がつくる、本格のりまき。
店主自ら毎朝、沼津港まで足を運び、新鮮な食材を仕入れています。
そして私は毎朝、シャリを仕込みながら、
「今日はどんなお客様と出会えるかな」と楽しみに、一日をスタートさせています。
「伊豆のりまき」が大切にしているのは、
のりまきを召し上がっていただくだけではなく、ここで過ごした時間そのものが、修善寺の旅の思い出になること。
「来てよかった」「修善寺に来たら、また寄りたい」
そう思っていただけるように、私たちは一つひとつの行動やおもてなしを大切にしながら、
“ここでしか味わえない体験”
をお届けしています。

Hello! I’m Yoko, the manager of Izu Norimaki.
Izu Norimaki opened on May 1, 2026, as the second location of our main restaurant, Nagomu.
With 10 years of experience and trust behind us, we bring the authentic flavors of Nagomu to our specialty norimaki shop here in Shuzenji.
Every morning, our owner personally visits Numazu Port to select fresh ingredients.
I also begin each day by preparing the sushi rice, looking forward to meeting the people who will visit us that day.
At Izu Norimaki, we want to offer more than just something delicious to eat.
Our hope is that the time you spend with us becomes part of your memories of Shuzenji.
We want you to leave thinking,
“I’m glad I came here.”
and
“I’d love to come back next time I visit Shuzenji.”
That is why we value every small detail of our service and hospitality, creating an experience you can enjoy only here.
